Innovation Labs (iLABS) is an innovative skincare / cosmetic research & manufacturing company. We are currently seeking an OFFICE ASSISTANT / RECEPTIONIST to join our team. This role is a great opportunity to get on the ground floor of a growing and successful company. We are looking for a driven individual who wants to work hard and grab opportunities.
Primary / Key Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Greeting visitors, Notify company personnel
Organize schedules & Follow up on email
Daily mailing out including samples/FedEx packages
Mail distribution, Planning & Arranging events
Assist with other clerical duties when necessary
(MAY NEED TO WORK OFF HOURS)
Education and/or Experience and Qualifications
Some college required
Minimum 5 years of experience in an office setting or customer service preferred
Must drive a car or have own transportation (no public transportation nearby)
